SFT Diaphragm seals with internal diaphragm

MERCON

Diaphragm seal with up to DN25 flange connection. Thanks to internal, wider than nominal flange, size can be used when smaller diameter membrane would not be enough to work properly.

Available sizes from DN15 to DN25 acc. to EN1092-1 (DIN 2501) or ANSI and up to 40 bar. Seals can be made out of standards' dimensions.

Diaphragm seals are used to isolate the measuring device from the aggressive, corrosive, toxic, viscous or crystallising media. They can also protect the instrument from a very low or high process temperature.

The principle of operation is based on the transmission of pressure via a flexible diaphragm and filling fluid to the sensing element of instrument - Bourdon tube or electronic sensor.
