MERCON

Separators with flange connection and flush diaphragm (flush) is one of the most widely used in the industry types of separators.
The standard is available in sizes from DN25 to DN100 according to EN1092-1 standards (DIN 2501) or ANSI. Performance of other standards or other sizes are available on request.

The standard measuring range from PN10 to PN100 - others on request.

Diaphragm used to isolate the measuring device from the aggressive corrosive crystallize heterogeneous, abrasive, highly viscous or toxic media. They can also protect the instrument from a very low or high temperature process.

The principle of operation is based on the transmission of pressure via a flexible diaphragm and fill fluid on the sensing element of the instrument - Bourdon tube pressure gauge in the sensor or transducer or pressure switch.
