Standard switch models are normally equipped with a single switch mechanism for high or low liquid level detection.

Switches with two independent switch mechanisms are utilized in applications where high and also low liquid level detection is required to be realized by single device.

Operating principle is based on the buoyancy force of a process liquid which acts on the float causing the float to move with the liquid surface. The movement of the float moves an attraction sleeve into the field of the switch magnet, pulling the magnet toward the sleeve and actuating the switch.

Depending on function available displacer switches can be divided into following types:
T62 – single stage switches with adjustable differential detined for applications with maximum pressure up to 34,5 bar and minimum liquid density 0,5 kg/dm³

T64 – single stage switches with fixed differential destined for applications with maximum pressure up to 22,7 bar and minimum liquid density 0,4 kg/dm³

T67 – dual stage switches with adjustable differential destined for applications with maximum pressure up to 34,5 bar and minimum liquid density 0,5 kg/dm³

Advantages

Maximum pressure: up to 82,7 bar

Available hermetically sealed and pneumatic switches

High and low alarm level (T67)

Minimum medium density: 0,4 kg/dm³

Field adjustable level differentials from 32 up to 409 mm
