MERCON level switches were designed especially for level measurement of dry bulk solids – from heavy aggregates, through cement, ashes to low density flakes and powders. Single probe with unique diamond shape eliminates the main disadvantage of tuning fork switches - material bridging inside fork and associated with this false switching. Additionally, mounting possibility ensures high mechanical durability (long diamond diagonal in vertical alignment) or high sensitivity in case of low density solids at 20 g/l (shorter diamond diagonal in horizontal alignment)
