Thermal dispersion level and flow switch Thermatel® TD2 hygienic version is characterized by spherical sensor design with lack of crevices making it easy to clean which is one of the requirements of food and pharmaceutical industry.

Probe consist of two pins with built in RTDs. One pin is heated by built in heater in order to maintain constant temperature difference with the second one pin. Presence of liquid or increase in flow causes temperature dissipation and power increase of heater. This change activates relay output of the switch.
